Samsung has announced Galaxy Note 510 aka Galaxy Note 8.0 at Samsung Forum 2013 Event, Hyderabad in India. It was internationally Revealed some days ago at Mobile World Conference 2013 in Barcelona. Well it comes all with the same specs with some minor tit bits.
We can say it as large phablet and small sized tablet (not too small). As stated above most of its specs are same as that of version revealed at MWC 2013. Still here’s remind up, Samsung Galaxy Note 510 is powered by a 1.6 GHz quad-core processor which is boosted by a 2 GB Of RAM. As concluded from name its framed with a 8.0-inch (1280 × 800 pixels) TFT display. Currently it runs on Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) and Samsung didn’t revealed any plans for upgrade to Android 4.2 yet.
In connectivity Tablet comes with 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and microUSB 2.0. It has S Pen support with Air View, S Note, S Planner, Email with hand-writing integration and more. It will be available in two variants – one with 16GB internal storage and one with 32GB internal storage.
Samsung’s South West Asia president and CEO B.D. Park said “These are driving our goal to enable consumers to discover a world of possibilities and technology.”
Currently Samsung has not uttered any word regarding the price of Galaxy Note 510 and when it would go on sale in India.
Additionally, Samsung desires to sell 1 million units of Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 per month worldwide.
