Samsung has officially confirmed that the next Galaxy Unpacked event will be held on August 5 at 10:00 AM ET. It is quite obvious that the company will stream the event virtually, which has been the new norm lately. Samsung will do the honors with their next Note flagship, the Galaxy Note 20, along with some add-on stuff. Since last few days, the internet got flooded with rumors and leaks about the upcoming Note device. While Samsung has now announced the official launch date, we are expecting more details about the device to be revealed in the coming days.
You can view the live streaming on Samsung’s official website www.samsung.com. With the stakeholders and audience missing, the virtual event would not be as lively as we had seen in the past. However, we still expect Samsung’s Unpacked event a class all by itself.
While there is considerable time for the launch event to kick-off, we may come across some official teasers from Samsung that will clear some haze off. It is quite certain that Samsung will introduce multiple variants of Galaxy Note 20. Which is said to include standard Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Note 20 Plus, and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.
The upcoming Note devices are likely to be powered by Snapdragon 865 Plus/Exynos 992 SoCs paired with 8GB/12GB RAM. It is very likely that all variants of Galaxy Note 20 will come with 120Hz refresh rate ultra-smooth displays and feature a quad-camera set up at the rear.
