Guys in Poland and Sweden are reporting that Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (GT-N7100) is receiving Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update. The upgrade releases in batches, so not everyone will receive Android 4.1.2 immediately. Be sure to check regularly to see if your region is up at bat. Guys you can checkout your update by going to settings > About page.
If your Galaxy Note 2 is carrier locked than you will have to wait even longer than their unlocked counterparts.
Currently users who received update are notifying some changes like the ability to disable multi-view alongside a new ink effect on the lock screen, Swype-style typing, new items in notifications toggles and a customizable notification panel.
So did you checked update on your Note 2?
