The Korean giant is seeding a new update for Galaxy Note 10 in various European countries starting from Germany. The new update has improved face unlock recognition and also improved gesture navigation along with other changes. It also enhances overall system stability with several bug fixes on the board.
The new firmware version N97FXXU2BTB5, N975FXXU2BTB3, and N975FOXM2BTB3 are now available on respective Galaxy Note 10 variants. The update weighs over 260MB in size and is currently rolling out in Germany.
According to the official changelog, the Galaxy Note 10 lists the face unlock recognition improvements, full-screen gesture improvements, and some other bug fixes. However, other changes are not present in the official changelog.
The update is rolling out just after the February 2020 security patch update for Galaxy Note 10. Samsung is actively rolling out security patches, and other regular updates for most of the flagship and mid-range devices. Samsung Galaxy S9, Galaxy Note 9, Galaxy S10 Lite, Galaxy Note 10 series and Galaxy A series are regularly getting the updates.
Additionally, Galaxy Note 10 was launched last year with a 6.8-inch QHD+ display and 122GB RAM. The smartphone comes powered with Exynos 9825 chipset and some come with Snapdragon 855 chipset. There’s a triple rear camera module featuring a 12 MP + 12 MP + 16 MP sensors with an LED flash and auto-HDR features.
