Last month, Samsung launched the Galaxy M12 in India at a starting price of Rs. 10,000. The Korean giant has now unveiled a new smartphone in India under the Galaxy M Series, named the Galaxy M42 5G. The smartphone highlights include Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC, 5,000mAh battery, Samsung Pay support, and much more.

- The new Galaxy M42 5G is priced at Rs. 21,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model and the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant costs around Rs. 23,999. As an introductory offer, customers can purchase available the smartphones at a Rs. 2000 lesser cost on the original price.Â
- In availability, the M42 5G will go on sale via Amazon, Samsung.com, and others from May 1 at 12 PM. The device is available in Prism Dot Black and Prism Dot Gray colour variants.

Talking about the specifications, the phone runs Android 11-based One UI 3.1 Skin out of the box. Moreover, it equips with a 5,000mAh battery, including 15W fast charging support.
