Samsung is ready for the launch of the Galaxy J5 Prime 2017 as it’s been a year since the launch of its predecessor. The Galaxy J5 Prime 2016 is in the market since the launch in September in 2016. Today, we have got some specs information of the successor of the Galaxy J5 prime 2016 variant. The new variant carrying model number SM-G571 has been seen on the GFXbench.
As per the benchmarking website, upcoming Galaxy J5 Prime is going to carry a 4.8 inch HD 720p display with Exynos 7570 chipset. It will be powered with 3 GB of RAM to boost the Exynos processor, it is expected to host 32GB of storage.
THere’s going to be a 13 MP rear camera with 8MP front facing selfie camera. There’s a little improvement from the last year’s variant. The cameras is going to extend support for Full HD 1080p video recording.
Currently, there’s nothing official from Samsung and even the launch date is not yet revealed. As there’s no info or hint about the launch date, we can’t speculate the launch date as of now. If we go with the last year’s timetable of Samsung’s launching, then the due date for launch is near and it can even happen in couple of weeks.
Smasung is already here with new Galaxy S8 and Note 8 devices. It is expected to unveil the mid range devices this year and before the launch of the upcoming Galaxy S9 and S9+.
