Samsung recently released One UI 3.1 (based on Android 11) update with Galaxy S21 series launch. Now, Samsung Galaxy Fold and Note 10 series are to receive One UI 3.1 update. It rolled out the update to older series as well. The update has reached the older devices such as Galaxy S20 series, Galaxy Note 20 series, Galaxy Z Fold 2, Galaxy Z Flip, Galaxy Z Flip 5G and the Galaxy Note 10 series.

Samsung Galaxy Fold series update
The latest update for Samsung Galaxy Fold carries firmware version F900FXXU4EUBF. Samsung has already started rolling out the update for this series in France. Samsung Galaxy Fold’s first foldable smartphone received the One UI 3.0 update last month. As per the reports, the new update will carry the following features :
- Minor UI changes
- Private Share
- Object Eraser Tool
- Google Home smart devices controls
- Remove GPS location from images
Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series
The latest update carries firmware version N97XFXXU6FUBD and also carries the latest security patch. The update has a file size of more than 1GB. Galaxy Note 10 users in Germany have started receiving the One UI 3.1 update. It is likely to reach other markets soon. The Note 10 series received the One UI 3.0 (Android 11) update in December last year. The new update carries the following features :
- Private Share
- Eye Comfort Shield
- Remove GPS location from images
- Automatic switching of Galaxy Buds
- Improved Calendar app Reminder app
The company asserts that the performance of the camera has been improved as well.
The One UI 3.1 update can be searched in Settings > System Updates and the update, if available, download and install on your device. Otherwise, it will flash automatically on compatible devices.
