Samsung is about to launch a mid-range smartphone Galaxy F62 next week. The device was first spotted about two months ago with some scarce details. The smartphone features the same Exynos 9825 chipset used in the Galaxy Note 10 series. However, Samsung has started teasing the Galaxy F62 smartphone specifications and design via different means. As per listing on Flipkart, it is expected to cost less than Rs 25,000 or $350 and will be available in Blue and Green colours.
Moreover, the teaser on Flipkart also confirms a quad-rear camera and a punch-hole display.
The company claims that the device features an AnTuTu score of around 452,000+ points, Geekbench 5’s multi-core test score of 2,400 points, and GFXBench 5 score of 68fps.
Samsung Galaxy F62 is expected to sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED Infinity-O display at the front, a quad-camera setup at the rear and a fingerprint reader at the right. Furthermore, it will run on Android 11 based One UI 3.1 out of the box, and have a 6GB RAM coupled with 128GB internal storage. As said above, the device will host an Exynos 9825 processor.
As per the reports, there will be a 64MP quad-rear camera and 32MP front camera. The device is also expected to house massive 7,000mAh battery which supports 25W fast charging. There will be connectivity options like Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, Dual-SIM, WiFi, LTE, GPS, USB Type C.
