[Update: June 2022 Security Patch] Samsung Galaxy F41 Updates Tracker

In October 2020, Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy F41 smartphone with Android 10 pre-installed. The device features a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display paired with up to 128GB of storage and 6GB RAM. It is powered by an Octa-core processor based on Exynos 9611 Chipset. It packs a 64MP triple rear camera setup and a 32MP single front-facing camera.

Samsung Galaxy F41 Updates Tracker

• [September 09, 2022]: The device is receiving an August 2022 security patch via the firmware F415FXXU2CVH1 in India. It has fixed several security vulnerabilities, etc.
• [June 20, 2022]: Galaxy F41is receiving a new update with firmware version F415FUBS2CVF1. The build packs the June 2022 security patch which is rolling out in Brazil and Panama. Other countries will also get the update in the coming days.
• [May 6, 2022]: Samsung is spinning out the goodness of Android 12 along with the modifications of One UI 4.1 to the Galaxy F41. As of now, the update is currently rolling out in India with firmware version F415FXXU1CVD1. It will soon be available for more regions as well.
• [February 24, 2022]: The Galaxy F41 is getting the February 2022 security patch with firmware version F415FUBS1BVB1. Also, it could bring some device stability improvements and general bug fixes.
• [December 29, 2021]: Samsung has started to release December 2021 security patch for the Galaxy F41. The update is rolling out via firmware version F415FXXS1BUK2 in India. Besides, it does not carry any other changes.
• [September 15, 2021]:  The Galaxy F41 is receiving the September 2021 security patch in India. The update is bundled with the firmware version F415FXXU1BUH7. The patch fixes over 50 vulnerabilities related to privacy and security. Alongside, it might include some general bug fixes and device stability improvements as well.
• [April 6, 2021]: Samsung Galaxy F41 is receiving the Android 11 based One UI 3.1 update in India. The new update carries the firmware version F415FXXU1BUC8 and brings the March 2021 security patch along with it. It carries an updated file size of around 1GB and brings improvements in the camera and enhances system stability. Read more here.

As the update is rolling out in phases, making it take more time to reach all units. In the meantime, you can head to Settings > Software updates > Security updates to check the update manually. Also, we suggest you switch over to a WiFi network before downloading the update to avoid data charges.
