Samsung recently announced four years of update support to a series of its Galaxy phones and tablets. A number of Galaxy smartphones already grabbed the Android 11 in past weeks, and many even skipped One UI 3.0 in favour of an upgraded version. One of the devices on the list is Galaxy A80, which is now receiving the Android 11 update with One UI 3.1 skin on top.
The latest software is currently live in Europe which brings along the March 2021 security patch level and can be identified with the firmware version A805FXXU5DUC7.

The over-the-air firmware is out already so, if you are holding a Samsung Galaxy A80 in Europe, you will receive a pop-up notification for the update at any moment. As always, you can manually check for the build via Settings -> Software update.
