Samsung is leaving no stone unturned in releasing the current stable Android channel to its flagships. After sending Android 11 OS to its recently launched and mid-launched smartphones, the company is focusing on the older handsets. Following Galaxy A20s, is the Galaxy A10s which is receiving the Android 11 update.

Presently, the latest Android 11 package for Galaxy A10s is rolling out in Malaysia and Vietnam. The build arrives via firmware version A107FXXU8CUG1. Along with the current stable operating channel comes the July 2021 Android security patch. With several fixes and optimizations, the patch also addresses the much-reported Android-auto bug.
Concerning changes, the package brings all the Android 11 goodies such as one-time permissions, a dedicated conversations section in the notifications area, a native screen recorder, UI overhaul, smart access to device controls, and much more.
Moreover, with this update, Samsung stock apps such as Samsung Internet and Samsung Keyboard will be improved. Also, the company has redesigned the Device Care menu, Additionally, the device now has the ability to remove GPS location data from images and a dedicated media player widget below quick setting toggles.
Keep in note that Galaxy A10s was launched in 2019 with Android 9 Pie and this is the second major OS update for the device. Concluding, this is the last major OS update for the device. After this update, the phone will only receive the regular security patch levels.
As usual, the OTA update is having a staged rollout in Malaysia and Vietnam. Accordingly, it may take some time to reach all the Galaxy A10s units. But, you can check for the build manually via Settings -> Software update -> Check for updates.
