Samsung is preparing an entry-level A-series smartphone— Galaxy A03s. To recall, the device was already spotted on Bluetooth SIG in July. This time, the North American variant of Galaxy A03 has arrived on the WiFi Alliance website, hinting at an imminent launch.
According to the WiFi Alliance site, the Galaxy A03s bears the model number SM-A037U. Moreover, the smartphone will boost Android 11OS out of the box. Besides the model number and operating system onboard, the listing does not reveal any other information. But we do have some render leaks with us.
According to the leaks, the handset will feature a 6.5-inch TFT LCD Infinity-V display. The panel will offer an HD+ resolution with 1,600 x 720 pixels. It is tipped to equip an octa-core processor-based MediaTek Helio P35 chipset. The device will have a dedicated microSD card slot and a default configuration of up to 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage.
In the optics department, Galaxy A03s is tipped to have a 5MP snapper to serve selfies and video calls. On the rear side, it will carry a tri-lens consisting of a 13MP primary camera and a couple of 2MP sensors to measure macro and depth aspects.
A 5,000 mAh battery will back up the Galaxy A03s that supports 15W fast charging over a USB Type-C port. FYI, this will be an upgrade for entry-level smartphones. The other key specs include a dual-SIM card slot, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac, LTE, GPS, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
