A long time ago in 2017 Samsung has launched its number of new devices in J-series, namely the Galaxy J3, Galaxy J5 Pro, and the Galaxy J7 Pro. It’s been a long time since Android Oreo is available and the fresh Android P is about to become official. Almost all the owners of 2017 Samsung devices were expecting a new update for their device. But, today we got some essential details and they might sound bad to the Samsung users. So let’s check out more about it.
Samsung is slow in rolling out latest updates on its devices and it has been criticized many times for this issue. Recently we’ve got access to the Samsung’s Turkey listing and it is telling a whole different story. Users were expecting the devices to receive updates in the month of July. However, according to it, the rollout will begin on 28th of September. It roughly means that Samsung will roll out the update almost after 2 months.
According to us the updates are still in Beta testing phase though no specific reason for the delay has been revealed by the brand itself. Some Galaxy A-series devices are also present in the list namely: Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5, and the Galaxy A7. All these devices are expected to receive updates in the month of August.
We know that you all are waiting for the Oreo update badly but for now we can’t do anything except waiting for it to arrive. We are eagerly waiting for Samsung’s reply on the update delay issue. For more Android stuff stay tuned to GoAndroid.
