A new report from Canada has been into talks from when it was posted that the LG G2 will be getting an Android update to 4.4 Kitkat in he 1st quarter of the next year, making another entry in the Android 4.4 category Phones.
We’ve just received word that LG is promising an update to Android 4.4 for its flagship G2 smartphone in late Q1, 2014, or near the end of March. According to company representative, Court Elliot, LG Canada is going to offer the software to carriers at the same time, though it’s unclear if the rollout will begin the same day across all providers. Mobile Syrup was quoted in a blog post.
We are expecting the update to roll on time as suggested in march and the Unlocked LG G2 devices will be getting the update much earlier than others get. We also expect the company to release the update for all the carriers at once. But still what all we can do is, we can expect and nothing else.
