From the recent leaks and rumours, it was evident that Reliance Jio is working on a new smartphone and a laptop. After spotting it at India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2022, the Reliance JioBook laptop is officially launched and is available for purchase at the Government-e-marketplace. It is retailing for the price of Rs 19,500 and primarily features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset with 2GB LPDRR4X RAM.

Reliance JioBook is currently available for purchase only for government employees in India. However, it is expected to go on broader sale soon.
Reliance JioBook features an 11.6-inch TN display offering 1366 x 768 HD resolution. The laptop is powered by Snapdragon 665 SoC coupled with 2GB LPDDR4X RAM and 32GB eMMC storage. The device runs on Android-based JioOS which will offer better efficiency and performance.
There’s a dual speaker setup that offers dual microphones and houses a USB 2.0 port, a USB 3.0 port and an HDMI port for external display connectivity. In connectivity features, the laptop packs WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0 and a microSD card slot.
Reliance Jio Book is currently limited to Government employees via the Government e-marketplace for the price of Rs 19500. It is expected for a broader launch by this Diwali.
