Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi launched its flagship device K30 5G in China today. Along with Redmi K30 5G, the company also launches Redmi AC2100 router, RedmiBook 13, and a Redmi Smart Speaker. Now talking about Redmi K30, the main highlight of the phone is Snapdragon 765 SOC, i.e. the mid-range processor with 5G support. The phone is also packed with Sony’s new 64MP IMX686 camera sensor.
Redmi K30 5G features a 6.67-inch display Full-HD+ resolution and a punch-hole camera just like Galaxy S10. As I said Redmi K30 5G variant is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G, and a Snapdragon 730G powers the Redmi K30 4G variant. Both the Redmi K30 5G and 4G comes in various RAM and storage option. The phone is packed with a Quad camera setup at the back that includes 64MP Sony’s new camera + 8MP super-wide + 5MP macro + 2MP depth sensor. Although the Redmi K30 4G variant has a 2MP macro sensor and rest, all three cameras are the same as the 5G variant. On the front, the phone is packed with 20MP primary camera +2MP secondary camera.

Redmi K30 5G runs on MIUI 11 based on Android 10 out of the box. The phone is powered by a 4500 mAh battery with 30W fast charging support. That can charge your phone fully in just 66 minutes.
Redmi K30 has 4 color options i.e. Time Monologue, Purple Jade Fantasy, Deep Sea Glow and Flower Shadow. The 5G varinat of Redmi K30 will be available in January 2020. Whereas 4G variant will available from Dec 12, 10 A.M. onwards.
