[Update: November 2022 Security Patch] Realme XT Updates Tracker

In the Q3 of 2020, Realme has officially launched the Realme XT smartphone with a 6.4-inch display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 (10 nm) Chipset. There’s a 64-MP + 8-Mp +2-MP + 2-MP Quad rear side camera and a 16-MP single front-facing camera. The device is available in three variants – 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage, 6GB RAM with 64GB internal storage, and 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage.

• [January 02, 2023]: Realme XT smartphone is receiving a major software update that brings with it the new app UI from Google’s Android 13 and the November 2022 security patch. This 1.32 GB update has build version RMX1921EX_11_F.07 and promises to improve system performance as well as stability for your device.
• [May 13, 2022]: A new update is rolling out for the Realme XT with firmware version RMX1921_11_F.06. The build is a minor one that optimizes the system performance and improves its stability.

• [March 24, 2022]: Realme XT is getting the March 2022 Security Patch update in India via firmware version RMX1921EX_11_F.05. Also, it improves system stability and optimizes its performance.

• [September 21, 2021]: Realme XT is receiving the Android 11 package based on Realme UI 2.0. The package is bundled with the firmware version RMX1921EX_11.F.03. To know more, visit our dedicated article.
• [July 19, 2021]: Realme XT is all set to grab the Android 11 Beta program. To apply for the open beta program head over to Settings > Software update > click on the three dots menu > Trial version > Select your device. You’ll be entered for the open beta in a few minutes and the update will arrive shortly. But do keep in mind that this is a beta program so it may carry bugs. Also, don’t forget to take a backup of your device.
• [March 26, 2021]: Realme has started spinning out the March 2021 Security Patch update to both the Realme XT. The latest update bears the build version RMX1921_11_C.11 and weighs around 285 MB in size. As mentioned in the changelog, the update appears with both the February and March 2021 Security Patch, optimizations, and fixes for the known issues. The company has not added any new features apart from these.
• [November 20, 2020]: The November 2020 Security patch update has started rolling out for the Realme XT smartphones. The update is spinning out on the RMX1921EX_11.C.08 Firmware version and comes with the latest Security patch, new add-ons, and fixes. The new add-ons include the Scrolling screenshot feature in horizontal mode, a toggle for physical button screenshot in screenshot settings, and many more.
• [August 4, 2020]: Realme has started seeding out the July 2020 Security patch update on the RMX1921EX_11.C.06 Firmware version. The update weighs nearly 3.15 GB in size and packs with the latest Security patch, new add-ons, optimizations, and fixes. You can check our dedicated article to know more details about this update.
• [June 19, 2020]: The June 2020 Security patch update has started hitting the Realme XT devices on the RMX1921EX_11.C.05 Firmware version. According to the changelog, the update adds the latest Security patch, new add-ons, optimizations, etc. Click here to find out more details about this update.
• [March 24, 2020]: Realme has started rolling out the March 2020 Security patch update for the Realme XT devices. The update is spinning out on the RMX1971EX_11_C.02 Firmware version and weighs nearly 669 MB in size. • [January 18, 2020]: Realme XT starts getting a new update with Realme UI and Android 10. The update is bumping on the RMX1921_11_C.01 Firmware version and weighs nearly 3.52GB in size. • [November 14, 2019]: The November 2020 Security patch update has started hitting the Realme XT users. The update is rolling out on the RMX1921EX_11.A.12 Firmware version and adds the latest Security patch, new features, optimizations, fixes, and improvements. Similar to all the other OTA updates, Realme is also rolling out the update in phases, and as a result, it takes a couple of days to reach all the units. In the meanwhile, you can also check the update status manually by heading over to the Settings>Software updates and check for updates.
