[Update: October, November, December 2023 Security Update] Realme X7 Max Update Tracker

A couple of months back, Realme X7 Max was officially released featuring a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display protected by Dragontrail Glass. Under the hood, it equips an Octa-core processor-based Dimensity 1200 5G chipset. The smartphone ships with Android 11, Realme UI 2.0 out of the box paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Realme X7 Max equips a triple camera module at the rear with a 64MP primary sensor and a 16MP snapper for selfies.

• [December 11, 2023]: The Realme X7 Max 5G has started to receive a new firmware update in India. This Realme UI update has a firmware version of RMX3031_13.1.0.166(EX01) and brings the October 2023, November 2023, and December 2023 Android security patches to the device.
• [August 18, 2023]: Realme started rolling out its Realme UI 4.0 incremental update for Realme X7 Max 5G. The update has arrived with its own identification build number, which is as  RMX3031_13.1.0.143(EX01) firmware number. This update also installs the August 2023 security update, which fixed all the bugs and known issues.
• [May 26, 2023]: Realme X7 Max 5G is receiving a new firmware update with version RMX3031_11.F.13.  The update brings April and May 2023 Security Patch for the smartphone. Official changelog:

• [February 16, 2023]:  Realme X7 Max 5G is now getting realme UI 4.0based on Android 13, official roll-out has begun. So, make sure your device is updated to the required version: RMX3031_11.C.16 | RMX3031_11.C.17.
• [February 06, 2023]: Realme X7 Max 5G rolling now the stable variant Android 13 update. The Realme UI 4.0 update has arrived for the X7 Max 5G smartphone users with UI build version RMX3031_11_F.04.
• [October 07, 2022]: Realme is pushing a new update for the Realme X7 Max featuring the October 2022 Security Patch. The update RMX3031_11.C.16 brings some other stability fixes and system improvements.
• [September 22, 2022]: Realme is rolling out September 2022 Security Patch for the Realme X7 Max smartphone. The firmware RMX3571_11.A.08 is now rolling out to the device featuring several other changes like support for 5G on Jio Networks. Here’s the full changelog:

• [September 5, 2022]: Realme X7 Max is picking up a new software update in India with firmware version RMX3031_11_C.12. The build integrates the August 2022 security patch to enhance system privacy. Also, the system performance and stability are improved. In addition, the package adds a new feature where you can swipe up on the desktop to enter a Google search. Moreover, the clock plugin display is optimized.

• [July 28, 2022]: A new update is rolling out for the Realme X7 Max in India with the firmware RMX3031_11_C.13. The build packs the June 2022 security patch. Also, it improves the system’s performance and stability.

• [July 1, 2022]: The Indian variants of Realme X7 Max are getting the May and June 2022 security patches on firmware version RMX3031_11_C.12. The package also brings a few optimizations to improve the user experience. This includes optimization of system performance, the content of children’s space, automatic “date and time” setting function, and Dolby sound operation.

• [May 13, 2022]: Realme X7 Max is getting a new update that uplifts the overall user experience. The build arrives on the firmware version RMX3031_11_C.10. After flashing the update, My Omoji will support dark mode. In addition, it fixes the unstable 5G signal strength. Check out the changelog below for precise details.

• [January 25, 2022]: Realme X7 Max has started to receive a new update that bumps the firmware version to RMX3031_11_A.22. The PDA includes the January 2022 security patch and a couple of fixes as mentioned below.

• [November 22, 2021]: Realme X7 Max 5G is receiving a new update in India arriving on firmware version RMX3031_11_A.21. The build upgrades the security patch to November 2021. Besides, it does not bring any other changes or improvements.
• [October 1, 2021]: Realme has started pushing a new update for the Realme X7 Max 5G. The new update brings the September 2021 security patch to the device. The update is currently rolling out in India with the build number RMX3031_11_A.19. It also fixes the issue related to call waiting. Realme has also improved the performance of the device by fixing a few other bugs. The update is rolling out as OTA and will take some time to reach your unit.

• [September 6, 2021]: August 2021 security patch is rolling out to the Realme X7 Max 5G. The update is live in India through firmware version RMX3031_11_A.18. Alongside, the package brings various fixes to the system and the camera app. Also, the sharpness performance of the camera app is optimized. Below is the official changelog of the update.

• [August 07, 2021]: Realme X7 5G is finally grabbing the Realme UI 2.0 update based on Android 11. The update is presently live in India rolling out through firmware version RMX3092_11_C.05 weighing 484MB in size. Alongside, the system security is enhanced with June 2021 patch. Here is the official changelog of the update.
• [August 04, 2021]: Realme is sending a new software update that carries the July 2021 security patch along with some system fixes and optimizations. The new update for Realme X7 Max arrives on the firmware version RMX3031_11_A.17 and is presently live in India. The build enhances the system’s stability and also optimizes its performance. Further, it carries few fixes which are mentioned below.
