One of India’s leading Chinese smartphone brands – Realme has officially launched a new series in India which is named as Realme X7 and X7 Pro. Interestingly, both the devices are powered by MediaTek Dimensity SoCs. The Realme X7 5G comes in two variants, whereas, the Realme X7 Pro 5G comes only with the 8GB RAM.
The device sports a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display (Always On display) with a 180Hz touch sampling rate. Moreover, it is powered by India’s first Mediatek Dimentsity 800U 5G Chipset coupled with Mali-G57 MC3 GPU. The smartphone is available in two variants – 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage.
In terms of camera, there’s a triple rear camera which compromises of 64-MP primary camera with f/1.8 lens + 8-MP wide-angle-lens and a 2-MP Macro sensor. For selfies and video calling, it packs a 16-MP punch hole style camera.
Realme X7 runs Android 10-based Realme UI on the top. it packs a battery with a 4,310mAh and 50W SuperDart charge which can easily charge up to 50% from 0% within 18 minutes. Moreover, the device features an Ultrafast in-display fingerprint scanner. The smartphone measures 160.9 x 74.4 x 8.1 mm and weighs nearly 176 grams. The connectivity options of the phone include dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.1, USB Type-C port, etc.
The dual-SIM Realme X7 Pro houses a 6.55-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz Touch Sampling rate, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, and 1200 nits of brightness. Under the hood, it is powered by an Octa-core Dimensity 1000+ Chipset. The device is available only in a single variant – 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage variant.
In the camera department, it comes with a Quad rear camera which assembles with Sony 64MP Primary camera, 8MP ultrawide angle lens, 2MP Black & White (B&W) camera, and a 2MP macro lens. On the front, there’s a 32-MP In-display selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture. Some of the features of the camera include 4K fps video support, Cinema mode, AI Beauty, Super NightScape 4.0, AI Color Portrait Video, and Ultra Image Stabilization Max.
The device runs Android 10-based Realme UI on the top and it comes with a 4,500 mAh battery including 65W SuperDart charging. The phone can easily charge to 100% within 35 minutes and the battery allows you to text continuously for 90 minutes with only 5% of charging. The smartphone measures 160.8×75.1×8.5mm and weighs nearly 184 grams. The connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, NFC, GPS, USB Type-C port, etc.
