Realme has finally started rolling out a new update for Realme X in India. The smartphone is receiving a new update with improved features and the February Security patch. The overall system stability is enhanced with general bug fixes.

It’s a hefty update and weighs over a 2.79GB in size. The firmware version RMX1901EX_11_A.12 primarily based to improve overall security with the February 2020 security patch. The update also updates several third-party apps fixes some known bugs. Moreover, Realme X also VoWifi support for receives Airtel and Jio network.
The update is currently available in India on selected networks. It will gradually roll out to other regions very soon. Here’s the official changelog for Realme X Update:

The interested users can enable WiFi calling on Realme X by heading to the Settings > Dual SIM & Cellular Network and toggle WiFi Calling option.
Realme X Specifications:
It was launched last year in summers. The smartphone features a 6.53-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen having a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset and is available in 64/128/256 GB storage and 5/6/8 GB RAM variants.
In Optics, there’s a 48-megapixel primary and 5-megapixel depth camera. A motorized pop-up selfie camera of 16-megapixel is present on the front.
