Realme, the sub-brand of Oppo is doing great since its existence from early this year. The company offers four smartphones as of now: Realme 1, Realme 2, Realme 2 Pro, and Realme C1. Though the brand was initially announced in India, they made their way to other markets soon. And now it seems Realme is gearing up to launch their fifth smartphone powered by Mediatek Helio P60 processor.
According to the above Geekbench listing, the next Realme smartphone with the model number RMX1833 will be powered by Mediatek Helio P60 like their first device. This phone will come with 4GB RAM and will run on Android 8.1 Oreo with ColorOS skin (like any Oppo or Realme phones) on top of it. The device scores 1,560 for single-core and 5,926 for multi-core performances respectively. The scores are definitely not bad for a budget smartphone.
Soon after the announcement of Mediatek Helio P70, Madhav Sheth, the CEO of Realme India said that their company will be first to launch a phone powered by the chipset. He also said it will be their next smartphone and it will be a game changer in its price segment. Thus, it is surprising to see a new Realme smartphone with Helio P60.
We will still have to wait to know more about this upcoming Realme smartphone. It might leak more in the coming weeks like any other smartphone.
