Realme Q5 series is finally complete. After the Realme Q5i, the Realme Q5 and Realme Q5 Pro are finally official in China today. The lineup falls under the affordable offerings and it packs everything we expect from a budget offering. Let’s take a closer look at Realme Q5 and Realme Q5 Pro.
Realme Q5 features a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device comes pre-installed with Android 12 along with Realme UI 3.0 on top. Underneath, a Snapdragon 695 5G processor powers the phone paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.
For optics, there’s a 16 MP camera at the front for selfies and video calls. The rear panel holds a triple camera island led by a 50MP main camera. Accompanying this is a 2MP macro snapper and a 2MP black and white portrait lens.
The Realme Q5 is backed up by a 5,000mAh battery with 60W fast charging support. The other specifications include a 3.5mm headphone jack, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, 8.5mm thickness, and 195g weight.
Realme Q5 Pro is similar to the vanilla model in terms of the operating system, front camera, battery, storage configuration, and connectivity. The smartphone is built around a 6.62-inch E4 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1300 nits peak brightness. Under the helm, it fuels Snapdragon 870 SoC integrated with Adreno 650 GPU.
In the camera department, Realme Q5 Pro carries a 64MP triple rear unit alongside an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP macro snapper. The device supports 80W fast charging with an identical 5,000 mAh battery. Lastly, it measures 8.65mm in thickness and weighs 195g.
