Realme announced the 240-watt flash fast charge technology at a recent event. The brand is now ready to launch its new flagship smartphone in February 2023. The smartphone will come in two battery and charging variants. Ahead of the launch, Realme GT Neo 5 with two model numbers RMX3708 and RMX3706 has been listed on TENAA.
Realme GT Neo 5 will sport a 6.74-inch AMOLED display. It will have a 1.5K display resolution and a 144Hz screen refresh rate. It also has 2160 PWM dimming and 10-bit display support.
The device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile platform. Plus, it will have three RAM/Storage variants – 8 GB + 128 GB/ 12 GB + 512 GB/ 16GB + 1TB with LPDDR5 and UFS3.1 support.
Moving to the camera section, the flagship will equip a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 OIS + 8-megapixel ultra-wide + 2-megapixel telephoto lens and a LED flashlight on the rear side. On the front, it comes with a 16-megapixel snapper as a selfie camera.

The RMX3706 features a 2425 mAh dual-cell (~5000 mAh) battery with a 150-watt flash fast charging technology. Whereas, the RMX3708 has a 2225 mAh dual-cell (~4600 mAh) battery with 240-watt fast charge support.
Moreover, The device will come with Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13 out of the box. We can see a 3 major OS upgrades policy on this device. The device offers Bluetooth v5.3 support and Wi-Fi 6 support.
The flagship has a dimension of 163.8mm x 75.7mm x 8.9mm and it weighs around ~199 grams. At last, the device will offer an IR blaster and RGB lights.
