[Update: November 2022 Security Patch] Realme C31 Updates Tracker

In March 2021, Realme officially launched the Realme C31 smartphone. The device features a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD screen with Android 11 out of the box along with Realme UI R Edition. An octa-core processor-based UniSoC T612 SoC runs the device paired with up to 64GB storage and 4GB RAM. In the camera department, there’s a 13MP triple rear unit and a 5MP single front-facing lens.

• [November 28, 2022]: Realme C31 is getting the November 2022 security patch via a new software update. The build arrives on the firmware version RMX3501EU_11_A.48.

• [September 2022]: The Realme C31 is receiving an OTA update for the firmware RMX3501_11.A.41. The update also brings the August 2022 Security patch. The update is primarily to fix bugs and improve system stability. A detailed changelog is given below.

• [July 27, 2022]: A new update with firmware version RMX3501_11_A.37 is rolling out for the Realme C31. The build packs the July 2022 security patch which is currently available in India. Other markets will soon get the update as well. In addition, the build resolves some known issues and improves system stability.

• [July 4, 2022]: Realme C31 is getting a new update that bumps the security maintenance to June 2022. The build arrives on firmware version RMX3501_11_A.33. Apart from this, it does not bring any other changes.
• [June 10, 2022]: A new update is rolling out for the Realme C31 with build number RMX3501_11_A.29. The package inculcates the May 2022 security patch and resolves some known issues to improve system stability.

• [May 23, 2022]: Realme C31 is getting the April 2022 security patch via a new software update. The build arrives on the firmware version RMX3501_11_A.23 which is currently available in India. In addition, it optimizes camera effects and resolves some known issues to improve system stability.

• [April 4, 2022]: The Realme C31 is receiving its first software update on the firmware version RMX3501_11_A.19 which weighs around 300MB to download. The build improves the color performance of plant scenes and improves system stability. Also, it addresses a few problems, including, the probabilistic reddish issue when taking pictures in warm light scenes.

The updates are rolling out in batches and it may take a while to reach all units. Meanwhile, you can head over to Settings > Software updates > Check for updates to track the build manually.
