Realme 8 Pro is receiving an update that brings camera improvements

Realme 8 Pro is receiving an update in India, reports say. The update brings fixes for the camera, fingerprint sensor, and other issues. Realme 8 Pro was launched along with Realme 8 last month and it got the April 2021 security update in the same month.

The update for Realme 8 Pro in India brings improvements to the camera and optimizes the steady effect in video recordings from the rear camera. Realme also brings fixes for the fingerprint issue where the unlocking is slow while the screen is off. Other fixes include the issues of the network, the low battery conditions where the phone starts to lag.

According to the reports, the latest from Realme carries firmware version RMX3081_11_A.28 and has a package size of 276MB. A proper and stable Wi-Fi network is advisable to download the update on your device. The users will automatically receive the new update on their devices. They can also download it by navigating to their device’s Settings > Software Update > Download and Install, if available.

Realme 8 Pro Specifications

The Realme 8 Pro powers a Snapdragon 720G SoC and features a 6.4-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a pairing of Adreno 618 GPU. It packs a 4,500 mAh battery with 50W SuperDart charging support. It has a hole punch cut-out for the selfie camera and has a quad rear camera setup. The primary camera has a 108MP sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide angle sensor, and two 2MP sensors and the front camera has a 16MP sensor.
