Realme is updating all its devices by providing security patches & software updates regularly. Recently, the company rolled out June 2020 security patch for Realme 3, Realme 3i, Realme 6, and many more devices. Today, Realme started rolling out the June 2020 security patch update for Realme 5 Pro.
Talking about the update, It comes with June 2020 security patch, bug fixes, system stability, new features like charging animations, and more. As the new features were added along with old bug fixes, it will also improve the overall security of the system and enhances stability too. However, the changelog of the update is mentioned below.

Coming to the availability, the update comes in RMX1971EX_11.C.04Â Firmware version with a size of 469 MB. As of now, the update is currently rolling out only in India. However, it will be released for many countries soon in the upcoming days.
To check the update manually, navigate to the Settings> Software updates> Check for Updates to check the status of the update. We also suggest you switch to a WiFi network to avoid carrier data costs.

If you didn’t receive the update yet, then download the OTA ZIP for firmware RMX1971EX_11.C.04. It is 3.16 GB in size and can be manually flashed by heading to File Manager, click on the Firmware file and wait for the installation to complete.
