As most of us here already know, Motorola is readying the DROID Turbo handset which is rumored to be sporting a display with an unbelievable 640 ppi. This type of screen resolution is the best we have ever seen so far. Looks like it is not the only device from Motorola that has something new for us as we have news about another Motorola DROID handset. This one however boasts of something different.
Going by what Motorola posted on their official @DroidLanding twitter account, you can expect a new device that would not take up much time charging. “Faster charging is a big deal. Thats why we made it a bigger deal.” are the words posted from the Twitter account. That said, Motorola hinted that the upcoming DROID handset could feature Qualcomm’s new Quick Charge 2.0 technology which will charge your smartphone’s battery upto 75% faster. This technology is already being used on the Turbo Charger that is being shipped with the Moto X second generation.
