Huawei has announced a new smartphone Honor 6X at an event in China. Its highlighted feature is a Dual camera setup. It is available in Gold, Silver, Grey, Blue, and Rose Gold colour variants. The 3GB RAM variant is price at CNY 999 (roughly Rs. 9,900), the 4GB RAM/32GB storage variant is price at CNY 1,299 (roughly Rs. 12,900), and the 4GB RAM/64GB storage variant is price at CNY 1,599 (roughly Rs. 15,800).
The Huawei Honor 6X comes with 5.5 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display. It has display resolution 1080 x 1920 pixels at a pixel density of 401 ppi. It measures 150.9 x 72.6 x 8.2 mm (5.94 x 2.86 x 0.32 in) with a weight of 162 g (5.71 oz).
The smartphone runs on Android OS, v6.0 (Marshmallow). It inbuilts a HiSilicon Kirin 655 chipset and Octa-core (4×2.1 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4×1.7 GHz Cortex-A53) processor. It sports Mali-T830MP2 GPU. The device comes with 3/4 GB of RAM. It packs 32 GB/64 GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256 GB via Micro Card.
As far as camera is concerned, it packs Dual 12 MP + 2 MP prima camera and 8 MP front camera for selfies. The primary camera is capable of 1080p@30fps video recording. It includes Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR, panorama, phase detection autofocus, LED flash. The smartphone consists 3340 mAh capacity with Non-removable battery. It has a great fast battery charging option also.
The Huawei Honor 6X is a Dual SIM that accepts Nano-SIM. Sensors on the phone Fingerprint sensor, accelerometer sensor, proximity sensor and compass sensor.
