After over a couple of years, Poco has got another smartphone called Poco X2. The new smartphone is launched in India today featuring specs familiar with Redmi K30. Poco X2 is labeled as a mid-range device with aggressive pricing.
The Poco X2 packs a lot interesting specifications including a 6.67-inch RealityFlow display featuring a FullHD+ resolution. The display supports 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10, and punch hole in the top-right corner for front cameras.
Poco X2 is powered by a Snapdragon 730G chipset coupled with an octa-core processor and Adreno 618 graphics unit. It is available three different configurations of 6GB + 64 GB, 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. The smartphone is a rebranded version of Redmi K30 that is available in China.
The smartphone is designed for game playing and hosts liquid cooling technology to dissipate heat 200% faster.
In Optics, the Poco X2 has got a quad-camera setup featuring a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor units. The smartphone supports the RAW image and can record 960FPS slow-motion videos. A VLOG mode is tucked along with all other luxuries of the camera. On the front, there’s a dual-camera setup consisting a 20-megapixel primary and 2-megapixel in-screen cameras.
Poco X2 packs a 4500 mAh battery and supports 27W fast charging. The user will get an additional 3.5mm headphone jack. A side-mounted fingerprint scanner is present for a real-quick authentication. The presence of IR Blaster, P2i water-repellent coating, support for VoWiFi and Hi-Res Sound is a part of the device.
The device is available three different colors of Atlantis Blue, Matrix Purple, and Phoenix Red. The 6GB RAM + 64 GB Storage variant is available for Rs 15,999 (~$225), 6GB + 128GB is available for 16,999 (~$239) and 8GB + 256GB for Rs 19,999 (~$281).
Poco X2 will be available for purchase from Feb 11. The interested buyers can grab a discount of ₹1000 by using ICICI credit and debit cards.
