Oppo has one of the most diverse categories of smartphones in the market. From mid to high-end devices, Oppo has performed an exceptional job in rolling out Android 11 to all the handsets. A recently released plan by the Chinese brand scheduled Oppo Reno2 Z to get ColorOS 11 (Android 11) Beta on March 17 but it is happening a couple of days prior.

Today, Oppo is releasing the Beta version of ColorOS 11 based on Android 11 to Reno2 Z. However, the version is only available for users in India. Interested users can register and apply themselves in the first batch of Beta testers from March 15 to March 18.
If you are enrolling in the program, make sure your phone has updated to version (Detectable Version): C.45/C.47. Also, Oppo has listed must-know key points before you register the device:
- Please backup important data on the phone before updating to avoid data loss.
- Updating might lead to your device heating, lagging, and fast battery draining.
- Some third-party applications are not compatible with Android 11. Therefore, after updating these applications might not be available or have technical issues.
To register for the ColorOS 11 (Android 11) Beta update, follow the ‘guide to apply’ in Settings > Software Update > Click the settings icon on the screen > Apply for Beta Version > Update Beta Version.
Once applied, Oppo will review your application in a week and if it is a success, your drive will bag the update soon. However, you right have to wait for the next round in case the application quota is full.
