Last month, Oppo unveiled the Reno 8 series in China. The series includes three devices: Reno 8, Reno 8 Pro, and Reno 8 Pro+ Now, the company is preparing to introduce the lineup in the global market. In the meantime, the Oppo Reno 8 Pro global variant has made an appearance on the Geekbench benchmarking website, shedding light on some key details.

As per the Geekbench portal, the global variant of Reno 8 Pro will bear the model number CPH2357. The device has managed to score 898 points in the single-core round and 3555 in the multi-core round. Further, the listing reveals the processor, operating system, and storage configuration of the device.
Under the hood, the Oppo Reno 8 Pro global version will equip an octa-core processor with four cores running at 2.85GHz and four cores running at 2GHz. This is MediaTek Dimensity 8100 (or 8100 Max) chipset paired with Mali-G610 MC6 GPU. To recall, the Chinese model of the device powers the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC with MariSilicon X chip.
On the software front, the upcoming global Reno 8 Pro model will come pre-installed with Android 12 OS. In addition, the Geekbench website confirms a 12GB RAM model. Although we expect more storage options as well.

Reportedly, the Oppo Reno 8 Pro+ model will not make its way outside China. Therefore, there are chances that the variant will arrive as Reno 8 Pro 5G in the global market. In that case, we can expect a 120Hz 6.7-inch Full HD+ screen, 50MP triple rear camera, 4500 mAh battery, and more.
However, Oppo did not verify this piece of information yet. We will update you with the same once the company makes an announcement.
