The Oppo R11 has finally broken cover to appear on the Chinese OEM’s official online store after numerous leaks. It isn’t available now but at least we know the key specs of the device to finally put the rumors to bed.
From what we can make of the specs, the front of the device holds the 5.5 inch AMOLED display with 1080p resolution and the latest Android Nougat is installed with Oppo’s own Color OS.
More focus is on the photography prowess of the device as it is shown equipped with a horizontal dual camera setup. One has a 20MP sensor and the other a 16MP sensor. The Qualcomm Spectra IPS will be employed to do the image processing. The rear cameras also have features like 2x optical zoom as well as Portrait mode. The Portrait mode blurs the background to focus on the subject. Consider it the bokeh effect for rear cameras. At the front is a solid 20MP sensor for selfies addicts.
The Oppo listing all but confirms the Snapdragon 660 processor which is a new SoC just unveiled by Qualcomm. 4GB of RAM is in tow along with 64GB of storage. The Oppo R11 will be kept running by a 2,900 mAh battery. No pricing is yet known for the device. Although we won’t have to wait much as Oppo will reveal it soon.
The Oppo R11 will be available on June 10 as per the listing in Rose Gold, Gold, and Black Colors.
