Oppo Pad 2 launch is not so far away, as there have been leaks, and public certifications. Specifically, it has passed with charging adapter details at 3C and was even spotted at Bluetooth SIG bearing the model number OPD2201. Alike the Oppo Pad, the second iteration of the tablet will also feature a new Oppo Pencil (OPN2201).
We have got a hold of the new Oppo Pencil images which carry design similarities with the newly launched OnePlus Stylo. Even, the previous generation Oppo Pencil features a similar design. However, there’s hardly anything about the specifications and the features it will carry.
Additionally, the previous generation Oppo Pad shipped with Oppo Pencil OPN2101 featuring an 82mAh battery and weighing over 16.5 grams. We expect the new model to offer better battery capacity and improved features.
Oppo Pad 2 is expected to arrive with MediaTek Dimensity 9000, but the recent Geekbench benchmarks reported something opposite. The previous leaks suggest that it will feature a 2800 x 2000 pixels resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision support. Listing at 3C confirms the presence of 67W fast charging.
The new tablet is expected to launch alongside the Oppo Find X6 launch later this month.
