Oppo has been doing pretty well by now in the smartphone market with its monstrous Oppo N1 and the more recent Oppo N1 Mini which despite being a Mini variant, boasts of a 5″ screen. Both these devices have decent specs. And for people who can compromise on the specs a little, we have the Mini variants of phones which let you have almost the same specs as of the main version of the smartphone for a much less price.
But it looks like Oppo seems to have forgotten this, their upcoming device the Oppo N1 Mini will be available in China for 2699 Yuan which or $431 which is not expected for a mini variant of a smartphone. This price is almost the same that the upcoming HTC One (E8) will be available for.
Rumors suggest that the device will don a 5″ 720 p display, a 13MP rotating camera, a quad-core 1.6 GHz processor with 2GB of RAM and a 2140 mAh removable battery. The device will be run on Android 4.3 Jellybean.
