The first smartphone to get the package was the Find X3 lineup followed by more of its flagships. The latest Android 12 x ColorOS 12 software for the Oppo K10 and Reno 7 5G is rolling out in India. More regions could get the update soon over the next few weeks. For the Oppo K10, the build is bundled with the firmware version C.07, while the Reno 7 5G is upgrading with version number C.18.
Regarding modifications, the ColorOS 12 skin brings along all-new features, improvements, and optimizations. In fact, the company portrays the ColorOS 12 as the “Best custom version of Oppo” with the concept of “Just Sync.” The skin aims to provide a new inclusive UI, smoother performance, rich features, and a seamless experience. As always, the software is currently rolling out in batches and is available for limited users as of now. Therefore, the package will take a few days to reach out to all users. In the meantime, you can visit Settings > Software Update > Check for updates.
Also, the ColorOS 12 public beta testers do not need to click on early adopters to apply. While the users of the official version will have to apply for some upgrades and early adopters.
