Recently, Oppo released a roadmap schedule for Android 11 based ColorOS 11. According to the plan, the company is seeding out both stable and beta versions of Android 11 depending upon the firmware update policy. So far, various devices have received the Beta build including Oppo Reno 2, Reno 2 Z, Find X2 Neo, etc. Now, Oppo A5 2020 and Oppo A9 2020 are going to join the list.

The Android 11 ColorOS 11 beta update for OPPO A5 2020 and the OPPO A9 2020 is hitting India and Indonesia in wave 1, while more regions will follow soon. If you are interested to taste the Android 11 beta program, here’s how you can do it:
- Go to the Settings app
- Search for Software updates
- Tap on the gear icon at the top right corner
- Select the trial version option
- Tap on “Beta” and fill in your details
- At last, hit the Apply button.
Once the application is accepted by the company, your device will receive the ColorOS 11 beta OTA update. Keep in note that the beta program has a limited number of seats, so there are chances that your application might not be accepted. Also, like every beta build, this too may be a little glitchy.
Oppo’s customized skin, ColorOS 11 paired with Android 11 brings a bundle of new features to your device. Some instances for the ColorOS 11 features are new theming options, Always-on Display improvements, an updated default launcher, Google Lens integration in the Smart Sidebar, and much more.
