Oppo A38 renders, specifications and price leaked

Oppo is on the verge of launching new smartphones including the Oppo A38 and the Oppo A18. Both smartphones have remained part of the leaks, and public certifications in recent times. However, today’s leak via Appuals has fully unleashed the specifications, pricing, and design details of the Oppo A38. Even the renders have fully unveiled its dual-camera setup and other details.

The smartphone unveiled the presence of a V-shaped notch display carrying slightly thick bezels. There’s a SIM slot on the left side of the device and a power button and volume rockers are on the right side. The flat sides are quite visible in the renders. In the rear, a dual-rear camera module is quite visible with an LED flash.

Oppo A38 Specifications (Leaked)

Oppo A38 will feature a V-shaped 6.56-inch LCD display having 1612 x 720 pixels resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and support for over 16.7million colors. The smartphone will bundle MediaTek Helio G980 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM, and 128GB Storage. The smartphone will run ColorOS 13 based on Android 13.

In the camera section, Oppo A38 will feature a dual-rear camera setup carrying a 50MP primary sensor having f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP secondary sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, there’s a 5MP lens with f/2.2 aperture. It supports 1920 x 1080 video recording at 30 fps.

The smartphone will house a large 5000 mAh battery, USB-C port, and microSD card slot. the plastic body device will feature an IP54 rating for protection against dust and water spray. In connectivity, oppo A38 offers support for dual Nnao-SIM slots, a 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and WiFi 5.

It hosts a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for enhanced security and protection.

Pricing Details

As per the leak, the Oppo A38 with 4GB RAM and 128GB Storage will retail in Europe for € 159. It will be available in two color options Black and Gold. Later, the smartphone will launch in India and some other Asian countries.
