OnePlus has started rolling out a couple of new updates to its smartphones from the past few days. Recently, it has spun out a couple of new updates to the OnePlus 7, 7T, and 8T Series. The company has now begun rolling out the Android 11 Stable update for the OnePlus Nord users. The update bears the firmware version Oxygen OS 11.AC01DA, and it weighs around 2910MB in size.
As per the changelog/ release note, the update comes with a couple of new features, optimizations, etc. It adds the Insight clock style, a joint creation with Parsons School of Design, Canvas always-on display, which can extract the subject’s outline from any photo and display it on your lock screen, shortcut key for Dark Mode, pull down the quick setting to enable, a weather widget with smarter animation effect, the Story feature, which can automatically create the weekly stories by using your local photos and videos, etc. Apart from these, it might also include a few features of Android 11. The update is turning out in a staggered way, and users need to wait for a few days to experience it. To check the update status manually, head over to Settings>Software updates and check for the updates. Also, make sure to maintain at least 60% of charging before updating to avoid carrier data charges.
