OnePlus Nord CE, the most affordable budget device from OnePlus was launched last year by the company. The smartphone made a mixed impression on OnePlus users as it came with many compromises. It was lacking the alert slider which was something that made OnePlus stand out from the competition. However, it is a OnePlus device which means it comes with OxygenOS, the reason for OnePlus’s success.
OxygenOS is the best UI for users who want to experience a stock-like experience with minor brand modifications. OnePlus has kept updating their device with the latest version of OxygenOS, providing the best experience possible even on the old devices. Similarly, the OnePlus Nord CE is receiving the latest update from OnePlus.

The changelog mentions a fix for the freezing issue when sharing pictures in the gallery. The update might also bring the latest security patch, but it is not mentioned in the changelog.
