OnePlus has been pushing the OxygenOS 12 update to its smartphone. Recently, it pushed the update for OnePlus Nord N200, Nord 5G, Nord 2, and many other smartphones. OnePlus launched the OnePlus 9RT smartphone along with the OnePlus 9 series smartphone. It was running out of the box on OxygenOS 11 (based on Android 11). OnePlus has now started rolling out the OxygenOS 12 Open Beta 1 update to the smartphone. The update will be available to 9RT users running on A.08. It weighs around 4.5GB and comes with many changes, including Android 12 and OxygenOS 12 features.
OnePlus brings support for the Work-Life Balance feature to the OnePlus 9RT. It helps its users to switch between Work and Life modes. The camera app will now perform better due to the optimizations. There will be a complete difference in the user interface. It gets new desktop icons with improved textures. The auto-brightness will work better now and brings adaptation to more scenes. Make sure to have a storage space of 5GB since the update weighs around 4.5GB. Also, you must have a battery level of 30% before updating your device. After downloading the update from here, install the OxygenOS local updater app. Open the app and, find the update package & tap on it. It will take some to update, and tap on reboot once it completes. OnePlus also provides an option to roll back to OxygenOS 11.
