OnePlus 9R gets OxygenOS 12 C.33 update with July 2022 security patch
While the next version of the mobile operating system is underway, OnePlus is providing the best Android 12 experience for its smartphones. On that note, the OnePlus 9R is picking up a new update dubbed OxygenOS 12 C.33. As usual, the build intends to polish and refine the user experience.
The announcement was made through the official OnePlus community forum. According to the post, the latest software update for the OnePlus 9R is bundled with version number C.33. As of now, the build is rolling out in India, while more markets will get a similar version in the coming weeks. Precisely, the update is designated with the firmware version LE2101_11.C.33.
As for changes, the package improves system stability and mobile network connection. In addition, it increases the system security by integrating the July 2022 security patch. Moreover, it resolves the slow response of the fingerprint unlock issue. Also, the fingerprint unlocking experience is optimized. Check out the official changelog below.

As always, the OTA update is rolling out in batches. The build is hitting a limited number of users today, while a border rollout will follow later. In the meantime, you can also manually check for the update. To do so, navigate to the device’s Settings > Software Updates > Download and Install.
