OnePlus has now started to push new OxygenOS 13 updates for OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro smartphones in the Indian region. This update fixes the problem that caused the device to keep restarting.
Users who have updated to F.19 firmware, can upgrade to F.20. For users who are still with the F.18 build, the company will start to push the F.20 update directly to your devices. The OTA will be incremental and may take a couple of days before the update reaches all users. The detailed firmware versions are:

OnePlus announced OxygenOS 13 Open Beta for Nord CE
OnePlus announced yesterday that they are inviting users for OxygenOS 13 Open Beta Testing (OBT) for Nord CE. Currently, it is open only to Indian users. Today is the last day to submit the application for OBT. In accordance with the information, the company will invite only 5,000 users to experience the new OxygenOS 13 beta update. Nonetheless, there are some requirements for eligibility.
Make sure you are on the EB2101_11.C.09/10 firmware, if not, then update to the latest version. Now go to Settings > About device > Tap up to date > Tap icon on the top right > Beta program > Beta > Fill in your information > Apply Now. The company will review your applications and within 5 working days, you will receive a new update via OTA if you meet the requirements.
Keep in mind that this is a Beta version and you might face some bugs that may affect your smooth daily driving. Additionally, Jio 5G users may have some applications unable to connect to the Internet during use occasionally.
The new OxygenOS 13 update brings a plethora of new features and elementary changes to the UI. New additions include larger folders on the home screen, media playback controls in Quick Settings, more personalized AOD, markup tools for screenshots, a dynamic computing engine, and numerous other additions and changes.
