OnePlus is purely working very hard to cater to its users. They take care of their old devices also, as they are still providing updates to the 1.5 years old device. In a Open Beta build of the Oxygen OS, OnePlus has given new features, enhancements and optimisations for OnePlus 3/3T.
Today, they are rolling out a new version of the Open Beta build of the Oxygen OS for OnePlus 3/3T. The new build packs many improvements. They have improved the battery standby time by tweaking the software. Talking further about the update, OnePlus has added DND User Interface, for more customisation of the feature.
The build has got the latest security patch from Google. There are lot many changes that have taken place. You can checkout the official changelog below:

- Smart Text Selection improvements
- General performance improvements
- Updated OnePlus and GMS applications
- Updated Google security patch (October 2017)

The update is now live and it may take few days to to reach you out if you have already opted for the OB build. Otherwise, you can ditch the stable ROM by flashing the Beta build, this may cause data loss, so proceed with care.
