Nothing Phone 1 is finally receiving a new update via the Nothing OS 1.1.4 with significant camera improvements, system improvements, and several other fixes. It even brings Nothing Ear app new features to the Nothing OS and even improves navigation accessibility on the phone. A massive list of changes has come with the Nothing OS 1.1.4.

Nothing found Carl Pei took to Twitter to formally announce the update. The Nothing Phone 1 camera benefits the most from the latest update as it has received new Watermark features like several Xiaomi, Redmi and Realme smartphones. Now, even Samsung is working on bringing the feature to the galaxy Flagship series. Moreover, a new motion detection algorithm has been added to improve video stability more profoundly.
There’s also an improved colour calibration for the ultra-wide lens which even led to an improvement in the colour consistency between the primary and the ultra-wide lens. There were issues while capturing photos in HDR mode, and the same has been fixed with increased shooting speed.
Along with the new feature additions, the smartphone also received September 2022 Seccurity patch which will enhance the system security. To improve the battery life, the AOD mode has been optimized along with other enhancements. It even overhauls the System and updates the User Interface.
