It has a longer battery life. It has better active noise cancellation (ANC), and much more. However, talking about the Ear (Stick), in October of last year, 2022, the Nothing Ear Stick earbuds were introduced. When compared to other earbuds, especially the casing, they have a distinctive style. The “Clear Voice Technology” enabled Nothing Ear Stick earbuds to include 12.6mm, dynamic drivers. The earbuds include in-ear detection and are IP54-rated for resistance to perspiration, water, and dust.

The brand claims that the case can last up to 29 hours of playback time and up to 12 hours of talk time. Consequently, the Nothing Ear (Stick) earbuds weigh 4.4g each. Certainly, the Ear (Stick) is getting a new firmware update. According to the firm in the article, this upgrade will elevate the Ear (Stick) even more. With this new version, the battery life, bass, and Bluetooth stability will all be enhanced.
The new firmware package version 1.0.1.76 comes around 1.59 MB in size. The upgrade has added about 40 minutes to the conversation time on a single battery. Moreover, the “More Bass” setting for the Ear Stick in the Nothing X app has seen a major upgrade as a result of the update. Subsequently, the firmware also improves Bluetooth connectivity.
