After OnePlus, it is now time for Nokia to enter the smart TV market this year. Already several pieces of information have leaked in the past revealing the specification of the upcoming Nokia TV. In a recent revelation, Nokia’s e-commerce partner – Flipkart confirms the TV that is built entirely in the country and for the country.
India’s certification agency – BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) has revealed the presence of 55″ 4K Ultra HD TV. The LED TV will run on the Android 9.0 Operating system with some Intelligent DImming technology. It will handle the dark and light lights in a more efficient manner resulting in better black levels and image quality. The Play Store will be preinstalled to end compatibility issues.
The Nokia TV is slated for launch in December and will support sound by JBL by Harman. Flipkart will be the strategic partner for Nokia smart TVs in India. The Nokia TV is a part of the government’s ‘Make in India’ initiative.
The Nokia TV is coming veery soon and is slated to compete strongly against the Mi TV, OnePlus TV, and Motorola TV. We are also eager to see some healthy competition among the manufacturers. It will be interesting to watch the major smartphone manufacturers fighting for sales.
