A few months back at MWC 2018 HMD Global has announced a couple of new devices including the Nokia 6.1 handset. At the time of the announcement it was confirmed that a more premium variant of it will be available with slightly different specs. However, no details about launch were revealed by the firm. If you are a Nokia lover and was waiting for the arrival of the device for a long then a good news is there. The device has been silently launched in Europe and is available through a couple of sellers.
The device has been finally made available in the Germany region. The retailer selling the device is termed as “ComStern” and is selling the device for a price tag of 302 Euros($355). Another seller is the Amazon Germany which is retailing the device for a slightly higher price i-e 323 Euros($380). The upgrades device has received is 4GB of RAM and 64GB of ROM. Almost all other internals are identical to the pre-existing model.
Nokia 6.1 is running a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630(64 bit) Octa-Core processor. The device comes with Android One Program and runs Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. The device is expected to receive rapid updates and gets juice from a mediocre 3000 mAh battery. The arrival of this Nokia 6.1 smartphone in other major countries is yet to be confirmed by the firm.
