Nokia 1.3 – a budget smartphone launched last year for the entry-level segment alongside Nokia 5.3. It is an Android Go edition device that houses Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 processor. According to HMD Global schedule, the device should have received the Android 11 update till now, but it didn’t. Well, it’s better late than never as HMD Global started pushing the Android 11 updates for the device. However, the reason behind the delay is still unknown.

As many already know that HMD provides a clean stock Android UI to the users and Nokia 1.3 is no exception. Moreover, it comes with the stock version of Android Go without any custom skin. The new update has finished its wave 1 rollout and wave 2 rollout is starting. Wave 1 rollout was for Australia and some other countries.
Nokia 1.3 Android 11 Update Changes
The update brings all the latest features from the Android 11 build. Some features may not be available for the device as it is an Android Go edition smartphone. However, the major backend improvements and some UI tweaks are part and parcel of the latest Android 11 based Android Go build for Nokia 1.3.
Users will receive the update notification as soon as wave 2 begins or you can check for it manually by looking for the updates in the device settings.

The smartphone features Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 SoC which is enough for accomplishing usual tasks like making calls and checking messages. It comes with 1 GB RAM and 16 GB of storage. The device rocks a 5.71-inch IPS HD screen powered by a 3000mAh battery. It has a basic camera setup on the rear side carrying an 8MP sensor on the back and a 5MP on the front for selfies.
