After several rumors atlast, Nikon officially announced first Android powered by camera, Coolpix S800c. As rumored earlier it runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. User Interface and Launcher is mixture of Stock Android with some other features. The camera has 10x NIKKOR zoom lens and the 16-megapixel CMOS sensor.
Now Coolpix S800c is ready to run Android applications, mainly I will name Instagram, Google+, Facebook, ETC. Now image quality will improve as images will come from digital camera. Its also have built in WiFi and GPS. You can pick up white or black colors cameras. Its priced for $349.95 and will be available in September 2012.
