Nexus 7 2013 and Nexus 2012 is on streak as they are receiving the Android 5.0.2 update since last week of 2014. Earlier, several Nexus factory images were leaked last year but now OTA update files are available for download.
Android 5.0.2 build is actually not any features based release actually it consists bug fixes and is expected to patch and improve the stability of the OS. As per the official saying it resolves “issues with MountService which should now start before performBootDexOpt [and] changes related to NAND have also been pushed. Fstrim, introduced in Android 4.3, caused some serious issues on Lollipop… devices with slow NAND should now have a noticeable performance boost.”

Currently it is rolling out and will come to your device in few weeks if you didn’t received yet. So you can wait or flash the OTA update from the above mentioned links.
